Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $27.90 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00AM-2:00PM plus overtime

• Safeguard, inspect, and pack tubs, receptors, and combos in the enamel shop tub cell.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and electric pallet trucks to move ware, finished product, and packaging materials.
• Change tub frames.
• Change waste bags in the basement.
• Learn both outside and inside manual enameling.
• Must be capable upon training of enameling inside or outside on tubs, receptors, and combos.
• Perform daily safety inspections, 5S, and clean up in the work area.
• Must not be color blind; must pass a vision test.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet trucks and hand trucks required.
• Lifting requirements are up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting,Motionle, and pushing weight.
