Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Juda Whey facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. In this role you will lead and support team members, coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, meeting production goals, and fostering a positive team culture that aligns with our mission.

Sunday – Thursday; 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing, with experience or training related to management/leadership
• Knowledge and experience of lean principles and process optimization
• Demonstrated leadership ability, effective communication, and presentation skills
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills; ability to comprehend technical instructions
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); familiarity with manufacturing software and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards; familiarity with Federal, State, and Local food and water regulations preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; proven leadership and team‑management skills

• Certification in lean manufacturing, e.g., Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma
• Knowledge of CFR, FSMA, PMO, and Bioterrorism Act regulations
