Enamel Cell Operator

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $27.90 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift; 6:00 AM-2:00 PM plus overtime

• Safeguard, inspect, and pack tubs, receptorsيمكن and combos in the enamel shop tub cell.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and electric pallet trucks to move ware, finished product, and packaging materials.
• Change tub frames.
Change waste bags in the basement.
• Learn both outside and inside manual enameling.
• Must be capable upon training of enameling inside or outside on tubs, receptors, and combos.
• Perform daily safety inspections, 5S, and clean up in the work area.
• Must not be color blind; must pass a vision test.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet trucks, and hand trucks required.
• Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Physical capability:
  Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
