Material Handler

Componex is an innovative and industry‑leading company seeking candidates with material handling experience in a Lean Manufacturing culture. You will be trained how to stock inventory and supplies on the production line and remove production waste, unload incoming materials, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. This is a critical position to560 keep production moving forward and assist the team in meeting our 5‑day delivery commitment to our customers.

• Material stocking and waste removal.
• Using a forklift to stock aluminum tubing on production racks and overflow areas.
• Stock point‑of‑use materials on the line.
• Stock perishable tooling and supplies on the line.
• Remove garbage, recycling, and aluminum chips from the line.
• Alert purchasing when outdoor hoppers are full.
• Lubricate and package bearings for production or sales orders.
• Receive incoming material and supplies into the ERP system.
• Basic knowledge of Lean, One‑Piece‑Flow, and 5S (desirable, but not required).
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to motivate, challenge, and influence teammates.
• Use of a forklift and hoists (certified by Maxcess); forklift experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; occasional use of company vehicle.
• Self‑driven work ethic; strong decision‑making, critical thinking, and safety orientation.
• Proficiency in娱乐总代 Word, Excel, email, and other office software.
• Ability to use hand tools such as screw guns and saws.
• Highly physical: walking, bending, lifting, twisting, standing, crouching.
• Will back up shipping clerk and crate builder.
