Job Description:

Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

• Ability to listen to music in operations while working

• Operate material handling equipment including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and hand trucks
• Move materials to correct inventory location
• Move completed production items to inventory home locations
• Replenish production with materials
• Unload finished product and raw materials from trucks
• Check incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy (part number and quantity)
• Check condition of shipments and report damaged items
• Prepare and load scrap shipments
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Report unsafe acts to the supervisor
• Clean and maintain inventory storage areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team
• Additional responsibilities as required by Supervisors discretion

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year receiving and/or material handling experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
• Must successfully complete forklift operator training
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read/understand instructions, packing lists, and purchase orders
• Proficient in basic computer skills/data entry
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more on a frequent basis
