Compensation: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour

Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

• A strong work history and proven reliability.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth. (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)

• Competitive Pay:
  Strong hourly wage + $3.00/hour night shift premium
• Extra PTO: 40 additional hours annually for night shift team members
