Shipping & Receiving Trainee (Future Manager)
4-Day Workweek | Ridgeland, WI
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior shipping/receiving experience and forklift experience.

We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Trainee who wants to learn directly from our Shipping & Receiving Manager and grow into a leadership role. If you’re organized, hands‑on, and take pride in doing things right, this could be a long-term career opportunity.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be involved in every stage of shipping and receiving - learning the full operation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Perform quality checks throughout production and at final completion.
- Prepare containers and coordinate movement to the paint room and wash areas.
- Complete final inspections and prepare products for shipment or customer pickup.
- Organize products for safe, efficient loading.
- Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.
- Work closely with production, paint, and management teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure all work meets company specifications and quality standards.
- Some prior shipping/receiving experience (listed on resume).
- Forklift experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a Shipping & Receiving Manager role.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Individuals with no shipping or receiving experience.
- Those seeking temporary or short‑term work.
