Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring the quality of fruit, and advising the Quality Coordinator or Team Lead of any foreign material or food safety issue.
• Operates hydraulic lift to break multiple line drivers and operators.
• Removes excess fruit from bottom of bins.
• Ensures the continual flow of cranberries to the production line by communicating with forklift driver.
• Ensures area remains clean at all manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Assists with bin breakdown when required.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Upgrade Clean and Relief which includes daily and weekly line wash down and sanitation including weekly ATP testing.
• Assist Maintenance.
