What We’re Looking For
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.

What You’ll Do
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
- Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
- Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
- Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.
