Job Overview

Receive and load milk and all other fluid materials while maintaining high food quality and food safety standards. Shift: 12‑hour rotations on a 2‑2‑3 schedule, 2 am–2 pm.

• Inspect, document, and transfer product received from suppliers to designated raw material silos, including running acid on both.
• Test and document milk loads and patron samples for antibiotics.
• Monitor security and food safety for all fluid products shipped and received.
• Unload and clean milk trucks.
• Load milk and sweet cream products with proper documentation and sealing of trailers.
• Maintain silo rotation based on time and product.
• Record silo charts for time, temperature, and label cleaned vessels.
• Disassemble silo doors, wash by hand, and reassemble.
• Set up connections for the CIP system to wash silos, trailers, product lines, and re‑con area.
• Clean intake area, scrub floors, foam pipes, and catwalk.
• Mix powders.
• Agitate direct‑ship loads.
• Receive bulk chemicals.
• Acquire milk, cream, and whey samples for lab.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required, or minimal enrollment with anticipated completion within 12 months.
• Previous manufacturing and/or food industry experience preferred.
• Milk tester and sampler license preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Can lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
