Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage: $21.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 1:30am

• Set up and operate numerical control (NC) machines to cut, shape or form metal parts according to precise specifications

• 1+ year of related experience and/or training preferred
• 1+ years of experience with CNC machine operations such as drilling, grinding and milling
• High School Diploma or GED
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Proficient with hand tools and mechanical operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
• Solid math skills for accurate measurements and conversions
• Competent in translating instructions into CNC commands
• Strong problem‑solving skills for production‑related issues
• Capable of metric‑to‑inch conversions
• Ability to address routine issues with standardized solutions
