Job Overview

Custom Truck One Source – Union Grove, WI – Full‑time – Entry level – Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00 per year.

• Wash and detail interior and exterior of trucks and equipment.
• Take high‑quality picture documentation of trucks and equipment.
• Safely move trucks in and out of the shop and around the yard to designated area.
• Communicate with supervisor to prioritize demand and tasks.
• Use and maintain all necessary shop and personal equipment required to complete tasks.
• Keep shop area and yard neat, clean & organized.
• Have a working knowledge of safety requirements and practice them.
• Refer to MSDS when using chemicals, wear gloves, safety glasses, and other PPE.
• Work with all departments in harmony.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

• Ability to operate a high‑pressure washing system and other detailing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to safely drive large trucks and equipment through the yard.
• Ability to operate a smart device to take picture documentation, text, call & email.
• Ability to recognize defects, deficiencies & issues while washing and picturing trucks and equipment.

• Operation of light and heavy duty trucks and equipment for driving purposes.
• Detail / washing experience.
• Use of smart device to communicate, operate & complete tasks.

Ability to read and interpret documents; speak effectively with customers or employees; solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, or scheduled instructions.

Highly detail‑oriented and organized; acceptable written and oral communication; cooperative teamwork; initiative and ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction; strong desire to learn.

Regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit. Must move around the facility, frequently lift & move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Assistance required for loads over 100 lbs or use of crane or hoists. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Possible exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions; moving equipment; vibration; extreme cold and heat. Noise level moderate to loud.
