JOB TITLE: Production Associate

POSITION TYPE: Full time

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STARTING PAY: $25.06 per hour. Pay increases to $25.31 per hour at three months and $26.99 per hour after 6 months. Shift Premium: additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.

All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm-10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM-6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Our facility is located at 684 S. Church St., Richland Center, WI 53581.

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and elevate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

• Previous manufacturing experience
