Adecco has partnered with a leading global manufacturer to find a Materials Engineer in the El Paso, TX metro area.

• Evaluate and optimize extrusion processes across materials, machinery, and operator workflows
• Apply structured testing, risk analysis, and process monitoring to optimize extrusion performance and ensure product quality.
• Lead material and product testing, including developing test methods, troubleshooting, validating results, and ensuring quality and performance standards
• Direct lab technicians and oversee lab operations, including equipment, resources, and documentation
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, process setups, quality documentation, and product specifications
• Support integration of new equipment and processes, including testing, qualification, and vendor coordination
• Provide production support to on‑site and off‑site manufacturing teams as needed
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on project planning, timelines, and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in plastics engineering or a similar materials engineering role
• Hands‑on experience with plastics extrusion, polymer processes, and lab testing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available

• Competitive Base Salary in the $90k-125k range, based on experience
