** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate motor grader to maintain and repair haul roads and work areas.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
* Safely maneuver equipment in active plant and quarry environments.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate motor grader and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong awareness of safety standards and hazard recognition.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments.
* Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
* Frequent climbing on/off equipment and walking on uneven surfaces.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.
* Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
