Pace Industries is seeking a Die Cast Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting high‑pressure die casting processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance to production teams.

• Develop and maintain die casting process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues (machines, vacuum systems, ladles, sprayers).
• Partner with production, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve downtime.
• Lead improvement projects in scrap reduction, OEE, and cycle time.
• Support new product launches, tooling reviews, and PPAP submissions.
• Train staff on die casting fundamentals and process standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in die casting, foundry, or related manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of die casting processes and equipment.
• Experience with problem‑solving tools, SPC, and automotive quality systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
