Maintenance MRO Coordinator 2nd Shift 2-2-3 Schedule, 12 Hour Shift

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly! We are seeking a motivated and organized MRO Store Associate to manage our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) storeroom.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams, providing excellent customer service while distributing parts, tools, and supplies.
• Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in our system.
• Handle all shipping and receiving duties, from unloading trucks and inspecting shipments to packaging items and creating shipping labels.
• Process tool loans, fill parts orders, and manage back‑ordered items efficiently.
• Ensure the MRO Store is safe, clean, and organized at all times.

• Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role.
• A customer‑first mindset and great communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Certification in forklift or high‑lift (PIV) or ability to obtain it.
• Basic computer proficiency in inventory and shipping systems.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment (lifting, standing, moving).
