Base pay range
: $67,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives (AC/inverter), sensors, and control panels.
• Complete scheduled PMs and conduct daily inspections of critical equipment and production lines to ensure optimal performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Support the programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems, including PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMI interfaces, and SCADA platforms such as Factory Talk, Studio 5000, and TIA Portal.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment and electrical infrastructure. This includes wiring, conduit layout, and integrating systems with existing automation networks.
• Adhere to all electrical codes, plant safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure that all work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards.

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of industrial electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Proficient with electrical tools, diagnostic instruments, and safety protocols.
