Are you a logistics leader who thrives in fast-moving manufacturing environments? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations while ensuring products move safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse and transportation activities while partnering closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Customer Care. You’ll lead a team responsible for inventory accuracy, service performance, and continuous improvement across distribution operations while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence remain at the forefront.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead shipping, receiving, and material handling operations
    , ensuring products ship on time, in the correct quantities, at the lowest total cost, and in compliance with customer specifications.
  • Drive warehouse and inventory accuracy
    , partnering with inventory control resources to maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
  • Manage daily distribution activities
    , directing teams responsible for warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and material movement throughout the facility.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics
    , analyzing key indicators and addressing root causes of performance shifts to maintain service, cost, and inventory targets.
  • Promote a strong safety culture
    , leading safety initiatives and ensuring safe operation and certification of material handling equipment for all associates.
  • Lead and develop a union workforce
    , setting clear expectations, coaching team members, and supporting performance improvement and professional development.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
    , designing and managing storage strategies across raw material, WIP, and finished goods warehouse areas.
  • Manage transportation partnerships and services
    , coordinating with third‑party logistics providers and contracted transportation partners to ensure efficient product movement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    , identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing process improvements across distribution and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate across facilities and functions
    , sharing best practices and leveraging cross‑site synergies to improve supply chain performance.
  • Support food safety and quality programs
    , contributing to SQF system development and ensuring compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Leverage ERP and warehouse systems
    , utilizing technology and data to improve visibility, efficiency, and operational decision‑making.
