Project Manager
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Sturtevant office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
The Junior Project Manager will support and manage projects through their full lifecycle, focusing on documentation, governance, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement within a PMO environment. The role involves coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project documentation including Project Plans, Risk Logs, Issue Logs, Action Logs, Communication Plans, and Status Reports

• Manage project scoping, planning, resource coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting

• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items

• Maintain and update the PMO library and lessons learned repository

• Apply lessons learned to active and future initiatives

• Assist in developing templates, procedures, and standardized processes

• Support continuous improvement efforts across the PMO

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated experience delivering project solutions

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project

• Knowledge of project management best practices and standards

• Strong organizational and reporting skills

Project Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Project Management certification or designation

Project Manager - Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension.
