Landscape Manager Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED.

* Ten (10) years of experience in Landscape Installation and/or Maintenance with five (5) year as a supervisor preferred.

* Currently hold or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire a Wisconsin commercial pesticide applicator certification in the following: DATCP 3.0, DATCP 5.0

* Have a valid State of Wisconsin driver's license, good driving record and the ability to transport self and materials to various locations on an occasional basis as well as drive company vehicles.

What you'll do as a Landscape Manager:

* Plan, schedule, direct, assist with, and monitor day-to-day completion of maintenance and installation of the landscapes and hardscapes of all Three Pillars property guided by the principles of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics.

* Direct and monitor day to day completion of the maintenance and repair of the Three Pillars landscaping equipment.

* Select and supervise contractors working on the Three Pillars campus grounds.

* Document all work performed, costs, and other necessary information.

* Maintain an inventory of materials and supplies for the landscape department.

* Complete annual staff performance evaluations.

* Assist in training and development of assigned landscape department staff.
