Responsibilities- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, including shaping greens, tees, bunkers, fairways, drainage systems, and irrigation installation—ensuring adherence to design specs, timelines, and budgets.

- Proven hands-on skills in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of golf course construction principles (e.g., drainage, bunker shaping, grow-in protocols) combined with ongoing maintenance best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities—able to recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, irrigation software, and basic budgeting tools.
- Passion for golf and outdoor work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
