Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services at our Mayville location!

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. As a Director of Rehab, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in a SNF setting. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful operation of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services are delivered efficiently while achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Primary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including staff and contract labor.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team, including other Directors and Regional Managers.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based care standards and regulatory compliance in clinical services.
  • Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
  • Hire, orient, develop, and support all staff and contract labor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the location team, develop reports, and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and families.
