Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the organization's senior operational leader, optimizing and standardizing multi-entity operations

+ Partner closely with ownership and board to translate strategy into actionable operational and financial plans

+ Deliver insightful updates and risk analyses to executive leadership and the board

+ Mentor, motivate, and energize senior teams, fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement

+ Oversee financial stewardship: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and controls across all operating entities

+ Lead process and system integration initiatives, driving platform efficiency and scalability post-M& A

+ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure targets for EBITDA, operating margin, and working capital are met

+ Directly report to majority ownership, collaborating with division leaders on strategic execution

Requirements

Qualifications &

Experience:

+ Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Operations Management or related (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)

+ 15+ years' progressive leadership in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors

+ Proven success optimizing large-scale, multi-location operations and driving margin growth

+ Expert-level understanding of GAAP, internal controls, cash management, and financial modeling

+ Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leader with strong communication skills at every level
