Job Purpose:

This role will manage projects within the organization, that have primarily team-facing, and occasional client-facing responsibilities to enable the successful delivery of strategic projects.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and Escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and project stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education:

Associate degree or High School Diploma or Equivalent with PMP Certification

• Minimum 5 years of project management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with software development and production technologies, e.g., Oracle, Insight
  2020, SAP, Great Plains, Sage Intacct, Hub Spot, Salesforce.
• Experience with Project Management software, e.g., Smart Sheets, Microsoft Project, Jira.

Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business

Licenses/Certificates:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Sitting for long periods of time, 6‑8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing, seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi‑frequently lift up to 15 lbs. Some tasks may require bending, stooping, twisting, and turning.

Indoor office, temperature‑controlled all year round with minimal hazards.
