HVAC Project Manager

• Lead project communications with owners, architects, and general contractors
• Manage submittals, RFI’s, change orders
• Attend and lead weekly jobsite meetings and ensure field operations are efficient
• Oversee scheduling, margin management, and project budgets
• Support closeout documentation, including punch lists, and as-builts

• 5+ years of general construction project management experience
• HVAC knowledge or exposure to mechanical systems a plus
• Proven ability to lead teams through collaboration
• Decisive and self-sufficient
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to balance margin, time, and client needs

• Total Compensation package $100,000+
