Securitas Technology is looking to further strengthen its Belgian business with a high‑calibre General Manager. This role builds on a strategic mission to grow and transform the Belgian business, enhancing operational excellence, customer experience and long‑term profitability.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Securitas Technology in Belgium. You’ll oversee all business operations, financial performance, commercial growth and workforce development while leading a multi‑year transformation focused on digitalisation, operational excellence and customer‑centric innovation.

This is a pivotal role for an ambitious, forward‑thinking leader who can balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, driving profitable growth, empowering teams and elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Define and execute a clear strategy to grow market share, profitability and customer value in Belgium.
  • Lead long‑term business planning and ensure alignment with European and global priorities.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability, ensuring financial discipline and reinvestment in growth and innovation.
  • Represent the Belgian business at regional leadership forums and contribute to cross‑market collaboration.
  • Maintain a strong focus on commercial growth (sales and marketing) and regular engagement with key customers.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
  • Lead the transformation of the Belgian organisation towards greater efficiency, agility and customer focus.
  • Champion the adoption of Operational Excellence, Lean and continuous improvement practices across all functions.
  • Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Drive process simplification, standardisation and technology enablement to deliver measurable performance gains.
  • Evaluate and improve operations, financial performance and overall organisational effectiveness.
  • Work in partnership with key functions (Finance, HR, IT, Sourcing) to achieve objectives.
  • Review activity and financial reports to assess progress against goals and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Represent the company at legal sessions, unions or local works councils as required.
  • Ensure sustainability of improvements through robust governance, capability building and leadership engagement.

Profile & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a General Manager or senior business leader, ideally in technology, security or services sectors.
  • Proven success leading transformation, turnaround or growth initiatives in a multinational or matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy with a track record of P&L management.
