The Opportunity:
We're currently seeking two part time Cleaning Technician/Custodians to join our dedicated Facilities team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment across our office and manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a healthy, safe, and productive workplace.
No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Position 1:
Shift: Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Tuesday; or as responsibilities require
Position 2:
Shift: Second shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Wednesday - Thursday and 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Fridays;
Or as responsibilities require
Pay: Starting pay for this role is $18.50 - $20.20 (includes shift premium)
What You'll Do:
Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
- Steam clean or shampoo carpets
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Gather and empty trash
- Follow procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment per established guidelines
- Clean up bodily fluids in accordance with the Bloodborne Pathogens Policy
- Notify management of repairs or potential hazards
- Perform duties in compliance with company Quality and Safety standards
- Perform tasks according to daily spreadsheet schedules, time allocation sheets, and checklists
- Continuously monitor the cleanliness of facilities and equipment
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 year of experience cleaning office or manufacturing facilities is ideal but not required
- Basic knowledge of general cleaning processes and procedures
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
