As a Housekeeper at HCSG, you will keep resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices sanitary, follow safety guidelines, keep records of cleaning activities and report any issues to the supervisor. You will provide excellent customer service to residents, staff and guests.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area required.
