The Director of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations at Dellshire Resort, ensuring that the property’s buildings, systems, and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This position provides strategic leadership to the Engineering team while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

The Director of Engineering plays a critical role in maintaining the resort’s luxury standards, supporting sustainability initiatives, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and curators.

• Direct and supervise all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and equipment.
• Lead, train, and schedule the Engineering team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance and safety needs, ensuring timely repairs and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Manage and coordinate capital projects, renovations, and upgrades in collaboration with the General Manager and corporate teams.
