Are you a driven, customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity in the insurance industry? The Bellante Agency Inc., an independent agency with American Family Insurance, is looking for an Insurance Sales/Advisor to join our team in Hales Corners, WI!
About the RoleAs our Insurance Sales/Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive annual wage.
What You’ll Do:- Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
- Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
- Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
- Insurance and sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Competitive base pay: (based on experience) + commission, bonuses and renewals
