- Setup deployments (Avigilon Alta) based on customer requirements, both on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot existing and new issues reported by customers
- Conduct site audits and system certifications
- Provide thorough product training to Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver post-sales support
- High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment or minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in networking and system design
- Experience deploying a VMS and cameras from the ground up
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+
- 3+ years of relevant field experience in a VMS/Access control environment
- Experience with Physical Security VMS, DVR, NVR, Cameras, Encoders, POE, POS, and Access Control technologies
- Knowledge and recent experience with programming and APIsExcellent presentation skills
