We are seeking a strong IT Contracts Management professional to support and augment our existing contracts team.
Manage the end-to-end IT contract lifecycle, including MSAs, PSAs, SOWs, MOUs, amendments, and modifications.
Coordinate with IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders to define contract requirements for RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations.
5+ years of experience in IT contract management, contract administration, or paralegal work
Proven experience negotiating and managing technology-focused contracts (IT services, software, hardware).
Experience managing complex contracts across multiple vendors.
