Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a program by providing data-driven insights, analytics, and reporting to inform mission-critical decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex datasets, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with government data standards and compliance requirements.

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support program objectives.
• Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support operational and policy decisions.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal data security and privacy regulations.
• Prepare and present findings, reports, and visualizations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support automation of data processing and reporting workflows.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and performance metrics development.

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, and visualization tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
