Job Description

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Experience in Insurance Domain
• Working in Workers Comp is preferred
• Experience in Payment functional Flow for Inbound and Outbound
• Well versed in communicating with different vendors for project execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
• Manage project scope, identifying and resolving issues and conflicts
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct project meetings and provide status reports
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement

Candidate Must have

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of project management experience
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation

Good to have

Qualifications:

• Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., IT, Construction, Healthcare)
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics
• Experience with cloud-based project management tools

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
