We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst (Business Analyst) to join the Platform and Operations team s is a fantastic opportunity for a business, math, economics, or analytics professional with 2–4 years of experience to play a key role in Endeavor’s global business analysis and operations.

In this role, you will lead a range of data projects across Endeavor, utilizing advanced analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets. You will transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel process improvements, inform strategic decision‑making, and measure product and business success metrics. You will design and implement robust data models, develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards, and utilize data‑querying tools to extract meaningful trends and patterns.

Additionally, you will work with CRM and LMS systems to optimize data integrity and reporting, ensuring stakeholders across Endeavor’s global network have access to accurate, timely, and relevant information.
