Works as senior expert managing multiple projects in SAP practice in variety of products and Domains. SAP S/4

HANA experience / exposure is must as client is on these systems.

· Should be able to manage Both AMS and AD projects effectively with large team size from multiple locations.

· Project Managers managing different projects, both on - site and offshore will report to this role

· Facilitate project planning in detail aligning customer expectations, project scope, cost budgets and managing risk

· Monitor multiple projects, identify risks and issues in advance and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions ensuring performance as per project goals.

· Establish effective project performance management system and necessary reporting and ensure execution across the projects.

· Act as senior management representative dealing with various matters with customers like periodic reviews, escalation management and guiding on project execution

· Ensure compliance to various project management and monitoring processes within organization and ensure compliance to project management principles, processes, and standards

· Guide the Customer Management to understand the SAP product, project, methodology and support in decision making during the project life cycle.

· Facilitate change management guiding both Customer and teams and initiating necessary support and resources

· Help develop or evaluate the solutions proposed to various customers either during the project or during pre - sale process as an expert

· Proficient in Office 365 applications (MS Project, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Proficient in communications in all aspects which is key for project success

· Develop multi-level relationships with client and team members to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned and to Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project cost, schedule and quality objectives

· Mastery of current software development methodologies (waterfall, agile, Scrum, etc.,). Ensure the Implementation / Developmental project methodology is well understood, adhered to and is continuously adjusted to ensure lessons learned are incorporated
