We are seeking a BI Developer to design and deliver robust, scalable business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. • Design, build, test, and implement BI reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate, improve, and maintain existing BI systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain relational and multidimensional data models.
• Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines based on business requirements.
• Ensure BI solutions meet security standards and data governance policies.
• Research and recommend BI tools, services, and standards.
• Provide technical assistance and support to the technical team and business team.
• Write clear and detailed software module documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on BI development experience, including designing, developing, and supporting database environments.
• Proficient in Power BI and writing DAX queries and applying advanced-level calculations on datasets.
• Strong SQL and T‑SQL programming skills, with ELT/ETL experience; knowledge of Lakehouse architecture and data warehouse management is a plus.
• Familiarity with development using Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Additional programming knowledge (e.g., Python) and integration using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is advantageous.
• Capable of troubleshooting BI systems, optimizing performance, and applying best practices for database operations.
• Competent in technical writing and documentation to support and maintain BI solutions.
