The Business Applications Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, and support of Salesforce and other third-party business applications such as Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, and Smartsheets. This role ensures that business applications are optimized for performance, security, and functionality to meet organizational needs. The administrator collaborates with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system capabilities.

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce and integrated third-party business applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Smartsheets, and other business tools, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, implement new features, and optimize workflows within Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce and associated business applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct system audits, and implement improvements.
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely updates, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce and other business applications.
  • Assist with data management, including reporting, integration, and migration efforts across Salesforce and third-party tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business application support, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Smartsheets, and other sales and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of security best practices related to business applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications or certifications in relevant business applications are a plus.
