As our Microsoft Business Applications Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and evolving the organization’s suite of Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring systems are aligned with operational goals and delivering value across departments.
Our preference is for this position to work at our corporate office in Brookfield, Wisconsin while training. Once settled into the role, a hybrid option is available.
Responsibilities- Support Delta Medical Systems’ quality policy through compliance with quality management system documentation.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, and Field Service.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve data accessibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system enhancements.
- Support data integrity, governance, and compliance across integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Assist in managing third‑party vendors and consultants for system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
- Monitor system usage and performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage updates, patches, and integrations with other business systems.
- Follow strict security protocols to protect Delta and its employees.
- Responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all data and related information that is proprietary to Delta and its employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, CE, Field Service).
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools:
Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate. - Strong understanding of business processes in finance, operations, customer service, and field service.
- Experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications preferred.
- Experience with AL development in Business Central.
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Azure services.
- Knowledge of integration tools or Power Automate connectors.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
