Now Hiring: Full-Time Human Resources Director

• Conduct effective, thorough, objective and timely investigations
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and employee morale
• Conduct routine audits of personnel files and documentation at Center
• Participate in recruitment events and assist Recruitment Team with coordination of effective recruitment plans
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations as it pertains to human resources and employee relations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• HR Director Experience
• Leadership qualities
• LTC/SNF experience required
• Computer knowledge
