Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to help support HR functions to include Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement and Administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves helping others, and wants to learn more about HR and how we support the business.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support:
    Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems (e.g., Success Factors).
  • Onboarding & Documentation:
    Assisting with I‑9 processing, orientation sessions, and drafting organizational announcement.
  • HR Compliance:
    Supporting training initiatives (e.g., anti‑harassment), labor poster compliance, and HR transaction accuracy.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Helping organize company events, approachable & willing to assist employees as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Maintaining employee files, preparing HR‑related reports, and responding to employee queries.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in HR, or administrative functions.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR or Administrative related fields.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Onsite position in Wayne, NJ.
