The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Reservationist position is responsible for communicating with guests via phone and taking their hotel reservations.

This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability.


* This position is located in BARABOO, WI*

Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to:

• Obtain knowledge of all Wilderness Resort properties, units, policies, and resort amenities.
• Works via telephone software to communicate and suggest lodging options and rates for our guests.
• Ability to multi-task across several programs and computer screens.
• Prepares, alters, and modifies lodging accommodations via computerized reservations system, processes credit card transactions.
• Able to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor while communicating with guests and colleagues.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
