This is a seasonal opportunity to operate a beach front Bar in Elkhart Lake Wi.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and upholding the quality and atmosphere of the bar. The Operations Manager will coordinate schedules, inventory, vendor relations, and support event planning and delivery. Key tasks also involve maintaining health, safety, and service standards to ensure optimal operations.

• Leadership and staff management skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and scheduling
• Experience in hospitality, bar/restaurant management, and customer service
• Proficiency in operations management, including inventory control and vendor coordination
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a high-energy environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety standards relevant to the hospitality industry
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in event planning or live entertainment coordination is an advantage
