Join Geronimo Hospitality Group’s award‑winning team as a Banquet Bartender at the Red Circle Inn. In this role you will prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages during banquet events, interact with guests, and support the banquet staff to deliver memorable experiences.

• Assist with banquet room set up and tear down; set and clear tables before, during, and at the end of service.
• Read and execute the Banquet Event Order (BEO) according to the time and details specified.
• Prepare and stock the bar station with products per the BEO prior to event start.
• Serve beverages and/or food throughout the event.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Operate the POS system, count change, and reconcile the cash drawer at shift end.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and proper communication with staff.
• Keep work areas clean, remove debris and trash, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with post‑event clean up, inventory removal, and bar organization.
• Complete closing checklist and obtain manager approval before shift end.
• Demonstrate respect for coworkers and managers and foster a fun, memorable experience for guests.

• Previous bar service required; banquet experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry a 30‑lb tray and stand or walk all shift.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Valid Operators License.
• U.S. work authorization (required).
