Medical Technologist & Lab Technician
Vernon Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our Laboratory Services team. This full‑time position involves performing a wide range of laboratory procedures across multiple departments and age groups. You’ll analyze and report results from various specimen sources, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to operational activities that enhance lab efficiency and testing capabilities.

What We’re Looking For- Education/Certification: Associate degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- ASCP certification preferred
- CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently during night shifts
7 days on / 7 days off
Shift- Weekdays: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Wed, Thu, Fri, Mon, Tue)
- Weekends: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sat, Sun)
- Rotating holidays required
