As the need for mental health professionals continues to grow, Amery Hospital & Clinic is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Therapist to join our behavioral health team. The department includes a 10‑bed secure adult inpatient unit, intensive outpatient therapy services, traditional outpatient therapy services, an alcohol and substance abuse program, and a primary integration program with a Clinical Therapist co‑located in our primary health clinic.

• Provide direct clinical therapy services to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapies, family therapies, and intensive outpatient (IOP) group and individual therapies.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans.
• Serve clients of all ages (experience working with youth is required).

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited university.
• Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist.
• Two years of directly related experience.
• Demonstrated keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.

• Experience with EMDR, DBT, ACT, and/or TF‑CBT.
• Experience using the EPIC computer system.
• Qualified Treatment Trainee status (supervision hours can be provided).
