. This position is a direct hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday traditional business schedule.

What will I do as an Assisted Living Housing Manager?- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families, addressing concerns, promoting engagement through councils and committees, and connecting them with appropriate internal teams and external resources.
- Manage the full admissions process including inquiries, tours, lead tracking, application completion, financial documentation, and new resident orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the community.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on move-ins, move-outs, discharge planning, and ongoing care coordination-ensuring all documentation, records, and resident needs are handled accurately and compassionately.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, maintain promotional materials, and model excellence by fostering a collaborative, high-quality community culture among staff, residents, and families.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record.
- At least 5 years of experience in admissions, sales, or care coordination within senior living, acute care, or long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to apply effective sales strategies, manage leads, and close admissions; goal-oriented and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional while working with residents and families in emotionally sensitive or challenging situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing management software (e.g., Answers on Demand) is a plus.
