Environmental Services - Night shift

Position Title: Environmental Services Specialist

Location: Upland Hills Health - Hospital Campus

Role & Department: Environmental Services Specialist in the Hospital

Hours & Shift: Full-time (1.0 FTE) night shift position, will include a weekend and holiday rotation, Hours are 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• Perform cleaning procedures in all areas of the Hospital including patient care and non-patient care areas
• Focus on outpatient departments and discharge cleaning from inpatient units and office settings
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, dusting furniture, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming rugs, light mopping, linen distribution, and cleaning bathrooms
• Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail in all tasks
• Additional duties may include cleaning in the hospital inpatient departments and office settings as well

• Previous institutional cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a clean and orderly environment

This position is eligible for an employment bonus totaling $1,000.00. A $500.00 bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment and another $500.00 bonus will be paid after 1 year of employment.
