Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with variable scheduling

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

• No on-call or callback requirements

• No float requirements, with optional cross-training to medical unit

• Must maintain 50-mile radius rule from facility

• Minimum 1+ years experience required, preferably in critical access or Level III/IV facility

• Epic charting experience required within past 2 years

• Required certifications:
Active RN or Compact license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS

• NIHSS certification preferred for submission, completion required by end of orientation

• Work in 7-bed emergency department serving both ER and urgent care patients

• Provide care alongside one other nurse and one physician per shift

• Handle mostly urgent care cases with occasional trauma situations

• Dress code:
No bright colors or character prints allowed

• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer
